Steve Graffagna is a musician working in the Chicagoland area with over 35 years of performing and songwriting experience. His influences encompass a wide spectrum of music. From Indian classical and the ambient music of Brian Eno, to the innovation of fusion jazz and everywhere in between.
His most recent musical efforts have found him in the producer's chair, always seeking to break new ground. Whether it's a hypnotic blend of atmospheric, rhythmically driven experiments in modular synthesis or an alternative style of sample heavy Lo-Fi, his sound always seeks to reflect his eclectic musical upbringing.
As an artist, Steve hopes to inspire, heal, and bring a universal sense of spirituality to his listeners. And in the spirit of that mission he often quotes from a Grateful Dead standard, "Sometimes we live no particular way but our own...sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own"
